Delivery Details


You will normally receive two emails from us. The first email is your confirmation of order. This is confirmation that we have received your order. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We will not be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

The 2nd email you get from us is your email receipt and means that your order has been processed, your item(s) are in stock and are being /have been shipped.
 We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) provided on our website. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by telephone (03 443 8094) or email and we will try to resolve the issue promptly. 

We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided. Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box.


Delivery Times:

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 1pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

The delivery time stated against each product provides an estimate of how long it will take to deliver an item in working days. We will often outperform these estimates but on occasions, and often due to circumstances outside of our control your product may be delayed.

Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to RD addresses and if you live in the backend of nowhere, like say, Tikitiki.

Please note that during peak periods and statutory holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Queens Birthday...etc there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.


Non Delivery: 

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of your 2nd email notifying you of shipment. If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.

Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.


NZ Delivery Options

Delivery on smaller items is usually via Aramex – Non Signature.

Larger items are sent via our network of couriers usually on a 48 hour delivery service.

Where applicable the delivery cost will be shown when a product is added to the checkout basket.

Please Note: Not all delivery options are available for all products. On rare occasions an item may be sold that is out of stock, In this case we will update the customer with the delivery time.
