GPS-Powered Location Pinning

When paired with the Leupold Control app, the RX-5000 uses GPS technology to remotely drop location pins on digital maps like onX Hunt, Google Maps, Apple Maps, and other mapping apps. True Ballistic Range with Wind (TBR/W)

Guessing at angles and wind drift is a thing of the past. The on-board TBR/W technology provides precise angle-compensated shoot-to distances for rifle hunters, offering 25 selectable ballistics groups that account for your preferred cartridge. You can also program the rangefinder to display holdovers in either MIL or MOA. The wind-compensation feature generates a hold point for a 10 mph (16 km/h) crosswind out to 730 metres.

Bow Mode — Now Included

The RX-5000 TBR/W includes two BOW modes: standard BOW (TRIG) mode and Archer's Advantage (AA) for customising your archery ballistics.

• TRIG Mode — A simple "set it and forget it" feature, accurate out to around 64 metres and for angles less than 20 degrees. Ideal for spot-and-stalk hunters and treestand hunters.
• Archer's Advantage Mode — An advanced archery function designed for distances out to 160 metres with unlimited angles, using your specific arrow weight, arrow velocity, and peep height to deliver precise range calculations at steep angles.

Long Range Mode for Navigation

Long Range mode extends ranging capability to over 4,570 metres on reflective targets — nearly 5 km — making it an invaluable tool for glassing terrain, planning stalks, and navigating New Zealand's backcountry.

Leupold outfitted this rangefinder with best-in-class glass with 8x magnification, a bright red OLED display, and a waterproof housing — so whether you're scouting in springtime showers or hunting rugged alpine terrain, the RX-5000 TBR/W keeps you firmly in control.
